SHIPPING

International shipping is complimentary for orders above €300. We offer international shipping worldwide with limited exceptions through Fedex. Rates and delivery times vary by region. Please note that customers are responsible for local taxes and duties in their country. 

Shipping within Singapore is free.

Your order will be shipped from Singapore within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Once it’s picked up, the estimated delivery period is within 3-7 business days depending on location and circumstances. 

Shipping times may be affected by the couriers’ capacity and airline restrictions in the current global situation. Please note that international shipments may go through custom checks while entering your country and the delay in receiving your parcel is not factored in the estimated delivery time. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to shipping restrictions in place worldwide. If cancellation occurs, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.

TAXES & DUTIES

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes and duties. The customer is responsible for the taxes and duties of their country that is applicable to their purchase.

RETURN POLICY

At ALTC, we inspect every single piece in our studio before packaging and sending it to you, and keep a record of every items’ condition. In case we miss out on something, please let us know by emailing us at hello@studioaltc.com with clear photographs of the issue and we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

Return requests will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt in case of manufacturing defects; eg. faulty zippers, missing/broken accessories, stains. Please note that the item should be returned in their original condition and packaging; unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Returns are not allowed for items on sale or orders using discount codes. 

ALTC does not provide free return shipping. Please note that all packages must have a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Returns will be processed and refunded in cash within 3-7 business days of receipt, not including the original cost of shipping. We reserve the right of judgement in acceptance of returns.
